Trim pieces for fit, by cutting along the edge without the curves on the end, the upper and lower may be different sizes, depending on your mouth, and you can even cut small pieces of one to use for wires poking you, use sharp scissors, get a parent to help trim if needed. Then store trimmed pieces in case, when out, trim more.

To Use:

1. Warm trimmed piece in mouth or under warm water till flexible.
2. Place over brace area to be protected. Rounded edge will go toward the gum line. The piece smiles for the upper teeth, frowns for the lower teeth.
3. Use lip to "suck" piece in and form to the shape of the braces. Don't worry, this will get much easier after a time or two.
4. After use, gently peal off from a corner.
5. If desired, they can be reused a time or two, to reuse, rinse, and save in pack for next time, use until worn out or really gross, whichever comes first.
6. Enjoy not getting Shmacked!
